One of Mrs. Nicholson's things to do with her second grade students is to teach them a song with all the US President's names. So whenever there is a lull or transition in the day, she may break out in song... Geoooorge Washington, John Ad-ams, Thomas Jeff-er-son... and Josh sings along with his classmates. Well, now Luke wants to learn them too. Yet another thing this kid will know before he starts kindergarten. Today we got the placemat (thanks Archie McPhee) so now we can cross-reference our lyrics.
Liz and I are trying to learn them too. It sucks when your boys know more than you. I knew it would happen eventually, but seems too soon. We're not going down without a fight.
