One of Luke's favorite foods is Indian. He loves the jasmine rice, naan bread, and chicken tikka marsala best of all. He and I had a lunch date on Monday, and he decided Golden India was the place to go. We played "I Spy" with the decorations on the walls. At this restaurant there's a buffet and they deliver hot naan to your table instead of having it with the rest of the food. They fill your water glass and take away extra plates, but besides that, it's a buffet. Serve yourself, you're on your own.When Luke decided he wanted more naan, he looked over his glasses and whispered to me, "I'm going to drink my water down to here... and when he comes over to fill up my glass, you ask him for more naan. Ok?" I looked at him with amazement. What an awesome idea. I drank down my water too. And it worked like a charm.
