Luke was feeling pretty sassy when I picked him up from
preschool today... his last day of school until Tuesday of next week. We packed up early so we could drive up to Stanwood to have a Christmas meal with Mary and Mark. Josh and Liz had been cooking up a storm while Luke and I went back to "work". For me, it was Day 5 after Friday's surgery. No pain meds, a bit of a stiff neck, but otherwise feeling great!
Mary had their "cabin in the woods" decorated so festively! At our house we had a couple strings of white lights across the garage and our lit Christmas tree this season. (Just as well... less to put away.)
