It Happened...

It was bound to happen eventually, and it did. On Wednesday, I completely forgot to pick up Josh from kindergarten. Every Wednesday is early release, so instead of 3:30 pm, the kids get out of school at 2:00. It was about 2:20 and there was a knock on the door. No one was more surprised or confused than me to see Josh standing at the door. Then I was embarrassed. Thankfully Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays we have our "walking school bus", so Josh just joined the kids on the bus and walked home with Deborah without giving it much thought. I was happy about that, but I have to wonder now what will the next boneheaded thing that I do?
