Dec is a big month for birthdays in our family (PJ, Kris, Chris, Cameron). Liz's is the 30th. We've had such a nice time in St. Louis, I'm pinching myself. Sunday we had Wentzien Christmas here. PJ & the girls came over, and some went to church.... what an organist!
About noon, Beth, Jill, and 2 yo Jake drove in from Indy. They are great friends who we hadn't seen in ~7 years, so our kids finally got to meet. Jake is a cutie pie... talkative, engaging, and smart as a whip. He thought Josh is a rock star and followed him around like a puppy. "Where's Josh? What's Josh doing?" Today we went to the Sci Center. Luke pushed buttons. It was sunny and 55. Then noodles. We played Wii sports and cooking mama. Leftovers abound and libations flow. It was great staying up late and talking with our friends after the boys went off to sleep... like a slumber party for two nights in a row.
