I can't believe that I had such a long diatribe and didn't talk about Josh's 2nd birthday! He had a party with his friends Nicholas & Madelyn Dean, McKenna Heisler, and Caelan, Eddie, and Brigid Stakelum on his actual birthday, Sunday June 5th. The theme was "Josh's favorite things" and featured favorites such as Elmo, Nemo, Wiggles, horses, and cars & trucks. The food was BBQ-fare, and delicious! He really racked up the presents as well, including a Schwinn trike, Little People garage, a dump truck, soccer net, baseball batting tee, and of course what every two-year old needs, a chain saw. I've been slowly pulling out the new toys to get full appreciation and enjoyment, and it seems to have worked! Here's a picture of him on his new trike!
